Our goal is to provide a transparent, secure, and smooth delivery experience for every order placed on our website.


1. Shipping Coverage

Woodensure currently offers free shipping across India.

At this time, international shipping is not available through our website.

Orders placed for remote or non-serviceable pin codes may require additional delivery time or alternative shipping arrangements. In such cases, our team will contact you with updated delivery details.


2. Handling & Packaging

All Woodensure products are packed using multi-layer protective packaging to minimize the risk of transit damage.

Our packaging process includes:

  • Protective wrapping and cushioning materials

  • Reinforced outer packaging

  • Quality inspection before dispatch

Every order undergoes a final quality check before shipment to ensure the product meets our standards.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping within India on all orders placed through our website.

However, certain charges may apply in specific situations, including:

  • Order cancellations after dispatch

  • Exchanges requested due to customer preference

  • Address changes requested after shipment

  • Return shipments initiated by the customer

Any applicable charges will be communicated clearly before processing the request.


4. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product type, customization requirements, and delivery location.

Estimated dispatch or delivery timelines are mentioned under “Shipping Information” on each product page.

For customized or made-to-order furniture, production time may vary. Updated timelines will be shared with you through email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS once the order is confirmed.


5. Delivery Schedule

Our logistics partners typically deliver shipments between:

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Deliveries are generally not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Strikes or government restrictions

  • Natural calamities

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Using the provided tracking link, you can monitor the real-time status of your shipment and estimated delivery progress.


7. Order Cancellations After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

However, if a cancellation is approved in exceptional cases:

  • Applicable deductions will be applied

  • Payment gateway charges and other processing fees may be deducted

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

The remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


8. Order Modifications & Address Changes

Customers may request changes to the shipping address or order details before dispatch from our warehouse.

Once the order has been shipped, address changes or modifications may not be possible.

To request any changes, please contact our support team with your order ID through email, phone, or WhatsApp.


9. Customer Responsibility at Delivery

Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that:

  • The outer packaging is not visibly damaged

  • The shipment appears intact before signing the delivery receipt

If you notice visible damage to the package, please refuse the delivery and inform our support team immediately so we can assist you promptly.
